status.<\/p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities <\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Demonstrates effective communication and problem-solving skills<\/li><li>Utilizes accounting system and spreadsheets<\/li><li>Creates Purchase Orders and places orders with Vendors<\/li><li>Enters payables and creates corresponding invoice to Customer<\/li><li>Prepares journal entries for month end close<\/li><li>Works with end-user portals<\/li><li>Manages Service Contracts and Renewals for Customers<\/li><li>Maintains records to facilitate the orderly file system of permanent records for adherence to recordretention policy<\/li><li>Works with sales team to update leads, order status and general sales support<\/li><li>Must have Customer Service skills<\/li><li>Performs other duties as assigned<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting or minimum four or more years\u2019 experience in accounting or relatedbusiness area
